Our ginger pickle is as traditional and classic as it gets. Crafted to please the older generation, we’ve kept the recipe authentic to avoid any complaints from the "Ah Gongs and Ah Mas." It may look simple, but it’s far from it. The pink blush hue is all-natural, achieved without any artificial coloring, when done right.

Traditionally serve over century eggs or telor padi, sushi and bento bowl but also pretty good on a Benjo Burger or egg sandwiches.
