Roti Tissue

Roti tissue, also known as roti tisu or tissue prata, is a delectable, sweet flatbread commonly found at Malaysian mamak stalls. It is prepared with the same type of dough as the more commonly known roti canai, which is stretched thin, sometimes up to five or six feet in length, and shortly pan-fried. It is best served with a teh tarik on the side.
