Organic spring onion oil freshly cooked for Snackfood by 旅食 (pronounced Lǚ shí) using the freshest wild harvest collected from our local soil. It’s then slow-cooked for 5-6 hours to ensure nutrients, flavour and aroma are infused to get a rich, deep flavours for simple dishes like noodle, tofu and eggs.
